Objectives
The topic Business Model aspects/ The Business model Canvas, aims to create awareness and and provide the basic skills and competences on gow to develop and create the Business Model Canvas based on the nine fundamental elements wich are the following:
- Customer Categories: The individuals or organizations for which the business creates value.
- Suggested Value for each customer category: product group or services that create value for customers.
- Customer Communication Channels: the ways in which the business communicates and approaches each category of customers to provide the suggested value.
- Customer Relations: the type of relationship that the company has with each customer category
- Revenue streams: the ways and mechanisms of pricing by which the company captures value.
- Main Resources: the most important resources required to operate the business model.
- Main Activities: the most important actions that the business to operate its business model.
- Main Partners: the network of suppliers and partners that support the operation of the business model.
- Cost Structure: all the costs that burden its operation business model.
