The animation multimedia developed in the classroom should meet two types of requirements to be uploaded to the O-City World platform: 

1. Quality: teachers should use the rubrics in Chapter 9 to guarantee the quality of the multimedia before uploading them (instructions in Chapter 10) 

2. Technical:  

1. Maximum duration:  3 minutes 

2. Maximum number of photos: 4 

3. Start: use O-City and EU logo centred. Wait 4 seconds to start the speech.

5. End: add the logo of your institution as in the example in Figure 4. If necessary, place the credits of music, text or images before the final logos (font: calibri, size: 12 pts, white background and black letters)

6. The voice over should be in local language 

7. Subtitles: 

1. In English 

2. In yellow, font: calibri, size: 12 pts 

3. Each line cannot contain more than 35 characters 

4. Maximum of 2 lines 

8. Video: 

1. Export the file in .mp4 

2. The video cannot be more than  300MB
