Objectives

In recent years, there have been major changes in the media environment. Traditional media such as TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines have lost a lot of users due to the presence of internet media. New communication channels enable two-way communication between brands and customers, as well as communication between customers. 

After Channel Strategies, we will learn more about what are Channels of communication.

In this lesson, we will learn about:

  • Owned media
  • Paid media
  • Earned media
  • Integration of marketing communication

In this second lesson, we will talk about Marketing Communications Options and we will learn about:

  • advertising
  • television ads
  • radio ads
  • print media
  • direct marketing
  • place advertising
  • web marketing
  • social media
  • events and experiences

In this third lesson, we will learn two important ways to amplify your brand.

  1. Learn about PR and Publicity
  2. Learn about WoM
